When cold turns into frigid, even our rugged Arcticwear® jackets need reinforcements. Add one of our Flex System zip-out liners and you can ride all day. Here’s how it works:

• Because weather conditions are always changing, and because body types are different, we created a series of liners ranging in warmth from fleece to 100 grams of Thinsulate™ Insulation to 200 grams. Choose the weight that best fits your body type and riding style. For example, if you’re an aggressive rider, you might want to add just a fleece or 100 gram liner. If you’re a trail or touring rider, a 200 gram liner may better suit your needs.
• Keep in mind that some of our Arcticwear jackets already come lined with Thinsulate™ Insulation, and some are shells only. So make sure to check jacket content before choosing a liner to go with it.
• Wear the liner under your jacket for instant warmth, then take it out when the temperature rises. You can also wear the liner on its own for a whole new look. Or zip off the sleeves and wear it as a vest.
