If you are seeking information regarding an order that you hoped to be delivered by Christmas, please know we are working diligently to get these orders out and are attempting to update tracking information as fast as we can. Your order should arrive in time for Christmas if you placed it according to the deadlines posted on the website. All orders submitted after 9:00am EST, Monday, December 21st will not arrive until after January 5th 2010.

We will close for the holidays beginning December 23, at 3:00pm and will re-open January 4th at 10:00. During this period, if you need to contact us, we will be checking e-mails periodically. You may also leave a voice message, however, we will not be able to check voice messages until Monday January 5th. Your best option is to contact us via e-mail.
