"I shopped with one of your competitors before going to your dealership. The first dealer acted like I owed them my business because I entered their building. Wrong. You treated me with respect through the whole buying process and offered me a lower price on my ATV than the other guy. You helped me with my loan. Then gave me a helmet and gloves for riding and made me see the importance of safety equipment. Thanks. You can be sure I'll be telling my buddies or anyone else that will listen about my great experience."
